We are delighted to invite you to take a gastronomical wine-pairing trip from South America to Rheinhessen. The Zum Burgunder rooftop restaurant will serve traditional and regional Rheinhessen dishes with a contemporary twist in a 5-course Spring Menu, prepared by Chef Valerio Penza. We will start with a glass sauvignon blanc from wintery Dr. Hinkel in Rheinhessen. After that each course will be presented with a perfectly paired wine from South American Great Wine Capitals and wine growing regions, and introduced by wine specialist - Juan Höfferle.
